Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is MULYP's top priority. We partner with Printify to fulfill our orders, ensuring each item is custom-made just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, please carefully review our return and refund policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to president@memulyp.org with a photo of the item showing the issue, as well as your order number. We’ll work with Printify to review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or a refund. -
Wrong Item or Print Issue:
In cases where the wrong item was shipped or the print does not match the design ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll require a photo and your order number to confirm the issue. If validated, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost. -
Sizing Issues:
Since each item is custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. -
Order Cancellations and Modifications:
Once an order has been placed, we have a limited window to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours. After this period, the order may be in production and cannot be changed. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects or errors in the order.

MULYP strives to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. We work with Printify to fulfill and ship all orders, and our products are made-to-order. Please review the details below for estimated shipping times and other important information about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time
Each item is custom-made upon order, so please allow 2-7 business days for processing. Processing includes order verification, tailoring, printing, quality check, and packaging. -
Shipping Time and Cost
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Here are the general shipping times:-
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping Restrictions
Due to limitations with Printify’s fulfillment network, some items may not be available for shipping to specific countries or regions. If this is the case, we will notify you at checkout. -
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking information will allow you to follow your order’s journey until it reaches your address. If you have any issues with tracking, feel free to reach out to our support team. -
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees. -
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to correct it. -
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with Printify to investigate the issue.
