How often have we heard the ills of the community and the society at-large being blamed on Boomers, Generation X or Millennials? Instead of pointing the finger at who is to blame, the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals will be bringing together change agents from all 3 generations for a robust roundtable discussion and action planning session around bridging the intergenerational gap and breaking the barriers of ageism through mentorship.
